About Michele

Before formally stepping into my role as a death doula in 2017, I spent many years working in legal administration and then nearly two decades immersed in the healing arts — including massage therapy, yoga, meditation, and reiki.

Today, my bodywork practice focuses on lymphatic therapy, scar tissue mobilization, and a range of integrative therapeutic massage techniques.

In addition to facilitating healing touch, I’m a celebrant, offering ritual support through personalized ceremonies, legacy projects, and community workshops.

Offerings

  • End of Life Support

    Professional, non-medical support along the continuum of death literacy and education, practical planning, navigating life-limiting illness, comfort care, dying, and bereavement. NEDA-proficient. Honoring personal choice, including Death With Dignity/MAID. Green burial proponent. Donation/sliding scale.

  • Bodywork

    Seasoned massage therapist, reiki master, registered yoga teacher, and healing space holder providing clinical lymphatic therapy, scar tissue mobilization, and therapeutic massage. Sessions offered in non-smoking home office or mobile massage available for housebound, post-surgery, palliative, and hospice.

  • Ceremony & Ritual

    Local Ashland celebrant authorized by law to officiate and solemnize weddings across the Pacific Northwest; Lithia Park is a favorite! In office, same day appointments available. Handcrafted spiritual goods and other personal ritual support tools offered through the gift shop and provisions section below.

I’m doing things a little differently nowadays.

I’ve gathered everything I offer here in one place; there’s no need to jump between online menus or different sites, and having a one-page format is easier for scrolling — and for me! (I’m still figuring out how to add anchor links for jumping to sections.)
